The journey has to start somewhere. At Push The Limit we've made our process to start simple, but laser focused to weed out those who aren’t ready commit.

Step 1: Complete the questionnaire. Make the initial contact. Introduce yourself. Tell us your goals, workout history, program and scheduling preferences.

Step 2: Come in for an assessment. No this is not a test. It is 30 minutes of conversation and basic functional movements free of charge. You get to ask any questions you have. We discuss the what and the why behind your goals and how to get you there. No commitment required.

Step 3: Commit. The hard part is over. But the journey is just getting started. After you’ve decided to commit, we can begin to develop your program, organize your schedule and start your climb to glory.

1-on-1 Training

If you want undivided attention with one of our qualified trainers, then 1-on-1 training is right for you. Our trainer will provide motivation and accountability in a supportive environment. You’ll receive consistent feedback and an evaluation at six weeks to assess your progress. Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes.

 

RATES for 1-on-1:
1 session:         $50*
12 sessions:     $480 ($40 per session)
24 sessions:    $720 ($30 per session)

*minimum three sessions
