Fitness has been important to Rance his entire life. As a youth staying in optimal shape translated into wins. After he joined the U.S. Army fitness meant survival. But it was when he became a father that Rance began to understand the deeper implications of fitness. Fitness as a pillar of happiness. Fitness as a way to accessibility and longevity. Fitness for life. Seeing the positive effects exercise had on the people he loved motivated him to set his plan into motion. In 2009, Push The Limit Fitness opened its doors for the first time with the vision of creating a community-rich fitness environment that motivated people to take care of their whole selves. A place where the mind is the only obstacle.

Tyrone is a certified personal trainer and fitness coach. As a lifelong fitness enthusiast, he’s made it his mission to be an example of what is means to live a healthy lifestyle. Tyrone’s enthusiasm and passion for fitness is infectious, assuring results for those with the courage to step out of their comfort zone. He finds genuine joy helping to bring out the best in othersandcreates fun and effective training programs for his diverse roster of clients.
When he’s not in the gym, Tyrone enjoys playing chess, coaching and playing basketball, modeling, and mentoring & empowering the youth.
